AI Business Fundamentals & Responsible Adoption for SME Leaders – Part Two

Designed for SME owners and managers who already understand the fundamentals of AI and want to turn that knowledge into better workflows, clearer priorities and practical implementation.

Part Two is intended for participants who have completed Part One or already have equivalent foundational AI knowledge.

Identify practical AI opportunities within existing business workflows
Design an AI-enabled workflow around a real business challenge
Evaluate AI outputs rather than simply accepting them
Build in human judgement, quality control and oversight
Manage responsible-AI, people and change considerations
