Sarah is an international HR and AI consultant with 20+ years of experience leading talent strategies for global organizations, including AMD, Siemens, and Becton Dickinson. Her career spans Fortune 500 leadership training, executive HR management, and large-scale workforce transformation projects across the United States, Europe, Asia, and New Zealand.
Today, as founder of Heliview AI & HR, Sarah is at the forefront of AI-powered workforce solutions. She has co-hosted events with AWS and HRNZ, including “Shaping the Future of HR: Embracing AI to Transform the Workplace,” and regularly provides AI training for major New Zealand enterprises.
Known for her cutting-edge, tailor-made, down-to-earth tools and approach, Sarah works closely with C-suite leaders and HR executives to deliver pragmatic, future-ready solutions that accelerate recruitment, strengthen retention, and build high-performing leadership teams. Her mission is to make HR smarter, faster, and more impactful—so businesses can focus on growth and long-term success.
Sarah's academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, complemented by a PGD in Business Management. Passionate about people development, Sarah serves as a HR Mentor and Business Coach at HRNZ and Business Mentor NZ. Furthermore, Sarah actively contributes to community engagement as a committee member of the North Harbor Club and Vice President of Public Relations at ECB Toastmasters Club.
